Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
On order for us to process your return you must first contact us for a returns number. Please use the Contact Us Form here, the Returns Team will then contact you via email and issue you with a returns number and our Free Post returns address.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you by email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of your Store Credit.
Shipping
We offer a Free Post service for returns you will be supplied the address information and your returns number once you have contacted our returns team.
